RETURN, CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Customer satisfaction is very important to us - your confidence in us, in the quality of our goods and in our service is our number one priority. However, there are some stipulations we are obliged to make.
Refunds will only be issued providing goods are returned with a completed goods return note within 14 days of receipt and are unused, still in original packaging and in a resalable condition.
NB: Carriage costs will only be refunded in the event of the received goods being damaged, defective or not as ordered.
If the item is received damaged or defective we will refund the cost of the item plus the cost of returning the item to us providing this is reported within 3 days of delivery.
Please contact our Customer Services prior to return of any goods via email to info@rejuve-mask.co.uk, as you will require a Goods Return Number.
Also have your original invoice information available.
Please note we will not refund unless we are aware of the return in advance and the parcel contains our Goods Return Note and Number.
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible from the date the product(s) are returned, however please allow up to 21 days. |
